Orders proceeding

We proceed your orders from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM (East Time).

An order can be cancel any time before you authorise the system to procceed, so before you enter your financial information (last step). An order can not be cancelled once the financial transaction has been completed and authorized or when it is being delivered.


Shipping rates and deliveries

TousVosCadeaux provides you with free shipping through Canada, beside Yukon, Nunavut and North-west Territories.

Free shipping relates to standard service.
TousVosCadeaux also provides you with an express service for the price of $18.

Deliveries are made by a TousVosCadeaux carrier in particular in the following cities:
Montréal, Pointe-Claire, Roxboro, Ville St-Laurent, Lachine, LaSalle, Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, St-Leonard, Ville D’Anjou, Ville Mont Royal, Outremont, Verdun, Westmount, Laval, Brossard, Greenfield Park, Longueuil, St-Hubert, St-Bruno, St-Basile-Le-grand, Châteauguay, Ville Mercier, St-Constant, Ste-Catherine, Candiac, La Prairie.
TousVosCadeaux always checks by phone the presence of the recipient, or someone else, at the given delivery address, before proceding to the delivery to Montreal and its area.
Should you wish your recipient not to be called before, please enclose the mention ´DO NOT CALL THE RECIPIENT BEFORE DELIVERY´ in the commentary box when you order. Please provide us with the date (if different of our regular delivery schedule) and a three hours range to deliver. In this case, you are responsible of the presence of someone at the given address. If nobody there at the day and time you provided us with, we will send you a 15$ payment order by mail for each new delivery attempt. Other places in Canada are delivered through Canada Post.

Standard delivery service time is as follow :
- Montréal and area : the next opening day,
- Québec, Ontario : 2 to 3 opening days,
- Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Colombie Britanique, - Terre-Neuve : 5 opening days,
- Nouveau-Brunswick, Nouvelle Écosse, Île du - Prince-Edouard : 3 to 4 opening days,
The express rate guaranty a delivery the day you order (if order placed before 1PM) for Montréal and area, as soon as the recipient is present to the delivery address.

For deliveries elsewhere in Canada, it will be send with Xpresspost.

Delivery address

We deliver to hospital from Montreal and surroundings. It is your responsability to provide us with the necessary information concerning the address and room number.

We do not deliver to postal boxes.

Wrong information could cause a delay or cancellation of your order. We are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses. If a new delivery is required due to a wrong address, you will be charged $15.

Deliveries are subjects to carrier rules. This means that :
- The recipient will have to sign a receipt,
- If no one is at the recipient address at the time of delivery it is the recipient responsability to collect the gift basket at the carrier’s office according to the information left by the carrier at the given address.


Returns policy

We accept returns in case of defective from the manufacturer. Please call to get a return number.


Reimboursement policy

When returning a product, the amount will be credited to your credit card or account initially debited in 5 to 14 days.
